I’m shameless
I really hope there’s an amazing song for a dance scene during the Southern Water Tribe Festival in Book 2…
Like “Cave Jivin” from A:tla.
Imagine all the shipping dances!
Even IF it is the Kid’s Choice Awards, WHY the hell is “The Legend of Korra” not nominated?!
Go home Nickelodeon. YOU ARE DRUNK!
Based on Nickelodeon’s airing schedules (past and future), The Legend of Korra can return to the airways as early as March. Why?
1) TNMT is scheduled to have it’s season 1 finale on Feb 23, 2013, leaving the Saturday 11:00am time slot free, thereafter.
2) It’s likely that Nick might schedule Book 2 to end around the same time as last year’s Book 1 (i.e. late June, in time for their summer line up; since ratings for children-based channels tend to decrease during the parallel U.S. school summer break). Since Book 2 will consist of 14 episodes, to meet the deadline for the June finale, LoK will have to air earlier (i.e. March; less than a year after it’s original series premiere last year)!
From Janet’s twitter. I loves her.

So exciting!

That is one lucky kid. Notice David in the other booth.

Seriously… I know that there was a huge petition a few years ago to get Nickelodeon to release an official A:tLA soundtrack… Even Bryke have done their efforts to support the release of a soundtrack… but it’s up to Nickelodeon to decree an official release.
I think that it’s about time that Nickelodeon takes us seriously, and release a soundtrack, not only for the A:tLA series, but for LoK too.
Come on people, we need to get this done!
The Track Team produced beautiful music and it needs to have its own official release… ALL of it.
So, we must get another petition going, and even voice our need for the soundtrack at the Nickelodeon Korra ComicCon panel this summer.
